Most frequently asked questions

Shopping Basics

We use mainly DHL or GLS for deliveries. We dispatch most orders within 48 hours unless something is out of stock. Pre-Orders can take 7 days to dispatch.

Most orders are delivered within 1 week to Europe and 2 weeks to The United States. For each order we provide a tracknumber for you to follow.

We offer a 14 days return policy. Please note that the return costs are for yourself. You can read more on our return and refund page.

Yes we ship internationally to most countries. Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or other taxes in your country.

Payments

We accept PayPal, Creditcard and iDeal payments.

Yes, we accept most international creditcard payments such as Visa or Mastercard.

We are based in HongKong and don’t charge any tax. All taxes what may occur are for yourself.

Shipping & Returns

We have a 14-days return policy after receiving your item. Contact us first via email on support@cooclaire.com to explain the reason for return.

Our sales representative will contact you and send you our return address which is based in Asia.

The address written on the package is NOT our return address. Don’t send any items to that address. If do so, we are not responsible for any refunds.

All return costs are for yourself.

After we have received your return order we will inspect the goods and refund you within 24 hours to the account which you paid from.

Please note that a refund can take 1 to 7 working days to be processed by the bank or creditcard company before you receive it back into your bankaccount.

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours after ordering. All requests which are done later we cant process, as the order will be already shipped and we can’t stop the shipment.
