Returns
Are you not completely satisfied with your order and want to return it for a refund? Follow the steps below:
- Contact us: Send an email to support@cooclaire.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive the return form: After your message, we will send you a return form and further instructions.
- Return within 14 days: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. After receiving the return form, you have 7 days to send back the package.
- Shipping costs: The costs for returning are your responsibility. Inquire with your local carrier, such as DHL, PostNL or FedEx about the rates, as we are located in Hong Kong China and the costs may vary.
- Return conditions:
- The product must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- After returning, send us a photo of your shipping receipt and the tracking number.
- Returns without a return form will not be processed.
- The address on the package is not the return address, so do not send it there.
Refund
Once we have received the returned products in original condition, we will process your return within 1 to 4 business days. The purchase amount will be show on your original payment method in 5 to 8 business days.
CooClaire reserves the right to refuse returned products if they appear to have been worn or are returned outside the specified period.

Do not return items to the sender’s address
- The address on the package is not our designated return address.
- Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact our sales manager at support@cooclaire.com.
- Only ship to the address provided by our sales manager. Shipping to any other address may hinder the processing of your return.
Return only CooClaire items
- Ensure that your return package contains only CooClaire items.
- We cannot be held responsible for returning any non-CooClaire clothes included in the package.
