Customs inspections might delay your package. Contact your local customs office for more information. If customs hold your package, you might need to provide additional information for release. CooClaire is not responsible for these delays or charges.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at support@cooclaire.com so we can get you sorted. In any other circumstances, if you refuse your oder or any part of it you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Refusal not means a direct refund.

Incorrect Address
Double-check your address at checkout. If you placed an order and the address is wrong, please notify us within 24 hours. After this timeline your package is shipped out and we can’t change the address anymore.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order on the same day until 10:00 PM. After that, it cannot be canceled if already shipped, and no refunds are given.
Not at Home – What to Do
If you miss a delivery, here’s what you should do:
Contact the Shipping Company Directly: Your name and details are linked to the package, so we can’t contact the shipping company for you. Get in touch with them right away to arrange a pickup or redelivery.
Track Your Package: We will email you a tracking number after placing an order. Use it to keep an eye on your delivery status. If you run into any issues or need clarification, email us for help. Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folders, as shipping company emails might end up there.
Limited Delivery Attempts: Some carriers may try to deliver your package only once before taking it to a local parcel shop. Be proactive and pick up your package promptly to avoid any problems.
Accepting the Package: If you refuse to accept the package at delivery, you can’t return it for a refund. Accept the package first, then follow our return policy to send it back for a refund.
